Mail services are provided by United Parcel Service(UPS) and United States Postal Service(USPS). We ship to all locations within the United States and its territories, including APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available due to the licensing of our products.
Delivery Time
Most orders received before 2:00 PM PST are shipped the same business day. Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Delivery time may vary for orders outside of the continental United States. Delivery time may also be delayed if we are unable to validate the shipping, billing and contact information provided on your order. Please ensure all information provided on your order is correct.

FREE Shipping on orders over $60 with Standard delivery to all locations within the continental United States.
Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO Addresses
Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses is shipped by USPS Priority or Express Mail. Please select the Priority or Express Method in the shipping drop down list in your cart to receive the correct shipping cost. Do not select any other shipping option, as they will not work with these addresses.

In a unlikely event that a item on your order becomes unavailable, we will make every attempt to contact you. If we are unable to contact you, the item will be canceled and your package will be shipped to avoid any delay in the delivery time of your order.

If you entered the incorrect shipping address while placing your order, again we will try our best to retrieve the package, however we cannot be held responsible for any lost.

Send all return items to the following address and be sure to include a copy of your packaging slip or a note containing the last 4 digits of your order number. A credit will be issued to your credit card once your package is received.

Unfortunately, due to the licensing of our products we are unable to ship outside of the United States.
When will a item that is not in stock become available?
For items belonging to a party theme that is not discontinued, 2-3 weeks is the average time for availability. Please contact us and let us know which items you are interested in.
