Mail services are provided by United Parcel Service(UPS) and United States Postal Service(USPS). We ship to all locations within the United States and its territories, including APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available due to the licensing of our products.
Delivery Time
Most orders received before 2:00 PM PST are shipped the same business day. Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Delivery time may vary for orders outside of the continental United States. Delivery time may also be delayed if we are unable to validate the shipping, billing and contact information provided on your order. Please ensure all information provided on your order is correct.

Missing Order
Please check your tracking information and contact us immediately. We will

Returns & Exchanges
Return and Exchange policy:
- All items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The items must be in their original packaging, unopened and in new condition.
- If any of the items arrived to you damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- All returned items will be credited to the same credit card, which was used to purchase the items.
- If the items being returned is due to our error, please notify us and we will pay for the return shipping. Otherwise, you are responsible for any shipping fees.
Send all return items to the following address and be sure to include a copy of your packaging slip or a note containing the last 4 digits of your order number. A credit will be issued to your credit card once your package is received.

Unfortunately, due to the licensing of our products we are unable to ship outside of the United States.
When will a item that is not in stock become available?
For items belonging to a party theme that is not discontinued, 2-3 weeks is the average time for availability. Please contact us and let us know which items you are interested in.
